Coming from a musical family, those who have worked with him know he has a killer ear and holds a secret weapon, his voice. That and his technical savvy have taken him on many roads with artists worldwide, leaving him with many experiences and stories to share. Inspired by his musical heroes, his songwriting seeks to honor their styles while blending them with new explorations. Primarily, a guitar and bass player, with proficiency in piano and percussion, Tim has now entered the orchestral realm. These new creations offer drama, inspiration, and enthusiasm to any project. His work now ranges from Rock, Blues, Pop to the Ethereal. As a composer with a focus on music licensing, Tim Blunt lives and works on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil Waututh peoples, otherwise known as colonial Vancouver BC Canada, where he lives with his wife Diane and is the natural watchman of two crows.
