Mesmerized by my piano teacher's wizardry at the piano, I once dreamed of being a virtuoso pianist and almost quit medical school. Through the years, I have never achieved the level of skill required to be a concert pianist but my love for the piano remains. Today, my playing is definitely not virtuostic but passable, and I play mainly to entertain myself and others who would care to listen. Seldom a day passes by that I don't touch the keys. Since I was in my teens, I always found myself playing piano in church worship services. This is a gift which I continue to cherish to this day.
