We've traveled a long road, with a long way yet to go. We've been to the mountain tops, and through the dark valleys below. No the journey isn't always easy, it's not always fun., But side by side, stride for stride, we've crawled, walked, and run. When one of us is hurting, we both feel the pain. We've got to fight together, to make it right again. Sometimes it takes one, to carry the weight of two. When one of us is hurting, that's what we do. Here's another road that we've come to, that we've never been down before. It's a strange place, I see it in your face, You're wondering if we can go anymore. I'd be lying if I didn't tell you, that I'm just as scared as you. So I pray to be strong, and try to carry on. Because baby, that's all we can do.
