One Armed Tricycle-Russell Womack This is a side project. These songs didn't really go with anything that my band Color Tonite Red www.colortonitered.com was doing and since I usually write and play punk or rock, so these songs required an album of its own. I wrote and composed all the songs. Some about life. Some about heartache. Some about God and our relationship with Him.

Story behind the song
I wrote the lyrics (Rhonda) after reading the Lords precious words to me in that we have all we need for life and godliness. Russell had a song without words so I handed him the lyrics and I prayed while he arranged. He changed and added some things and what emerged is this wonderful song. We are Complete and Whole and Never Without!
