Lyrics
Like a good little catholic boy, I did what I was told. Never questioning.
My thirst was never quenched, because I did not know what I was thirsty for.
But I don't blame anyone or think there's something better, not with man's two cents thrown in.
And all the others who claimed to have an answer, they were just as blind as me, yes.
I guess sometimes less is more, black and white, no color.
And what is lost, was lost so long ago, we don't even know it's missing.
Yeah, it's missing.
As I grew older I questioned all, met those who were glad to have me you know.
I think they enjoyed "playing God" to all those who started getting thirsty.
But they were bigger fools than that old blind priest, for they were tampering, knowingly.
And what I would give to see what they see, on the other side.
And what I would give to feel what they feel, what do they feel, on the other side.
And what is visible lies the answer, if you dare to question.
To not doubt myself assumming they have more power,
but just listening, to the other side.
