Cronus....the journey began at the age of 12 when I got my hands on a single track tape deck recorder. Sounds had a new perspective when I was able to record them, play them back and isolate them. A healthy dose of 70s analog disco, kraut rock, classical and progressive-acid rock got me failure with the existence of non commercial music-forward thinking music as its coined. by age 15 id become consumed by the early 90s techno, electro and early Florida breaks-the music, culture and way of living it was perfect. but time brings change and the scene died-besides the small techhouse and break beat scenes that we have today in Florida which depending on where you live may be nothing at all. the electronic music never stopped even when the cities clubs stopped to a stand still-my music is born from many good friends and many good nights or days at private get together hearing autechre, jedi knights early ghettotech, noise installations, Florida electro (where it all started) and the like-riverside is an area in Jax Florida that continues to thrive artistically to this day. in 2001 I decided playing records was not enough and set out on a long road of experimentation-its been 6 years now and several hundreds of tracks later that I've decided now is the time to share my sound. music is life-
