Well I'd been in som personal situation and when contemplating this I came upp with the first four lines. I went home in a hurry and wrote the entire song (the lyrics that is) in maybe 1o minutes. The music was ritten the same day, but it took more time to get it right.
The day after I started to record it at home in the morning.
First the bass then the guitar (there is actually two guitars, on distorted and one clean, but the clean is kind of hidden). The synth was improvised on the spot there.
It went quite fast to record the music but the vocals where harder to get right. It seemed there was no way of getting them prominent without distortion, but after adding some built-in effects I finaly cut it right and could place it up front.
