Conscious Hip Hop, Parady, Entertain as well as educate. Public Enemy meets Dr. Dre's beats.
WANTED: For attempting to keep Hip Hop alive UNITE “Entertain As Well As Educate” For years Hip Hop has been getting confused with rap. Some would say they are synonymous with one another and in some ways they are. In the midst of all this confusion Unit One, Unit Two and Unit Tre’ have become UNITE. A Hip Hop group whose mission is to, “Entertain as well as educate”. It is the first time for a group to have two white rappers team up with ‘a black guy’. Unit One a.k.a. Bear: Grew up as the average kid listening to Hip Hop. He started in the music business as a youngster spinning at Raves, house parties and gradually moving into doing clubs in Phoenix. As Graduate of the prestigious, The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences, (Tempe, Arizona) certified in Pro Tools and sound editing, Unit One with his brilliant Rhyme schemes and music making will defiantly keep Unite on top of the Hip Hop game. Unit Two a.k.a. Tre’ Deezy, also a top graduate of, The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences and co-founder of UNITE has made a big impact on the sound of the trio. He has said many times, “If it ain’t music, it ain’t right”. With such influences from his home state idols, “Bone Thugs in Harmony”, Unit Tre’ flips his lyric’s like he’s flippin’ pancakes at times. Able to write a verse in a single bound, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s If you needed a license to be a Stand up Comedian, this guy has one. His father was a Pimp and his mother still is a Jehovah’s Witness. Need I say more? As a skilled and accomplished Screenwriter he can adapt to his environment and make any situation into a humorous story. That would be Unit Two a.k.a. Amaru, who has a story telling ability that can be mesmerizing at times. The Screenwriter in him makes him visual but the kid and quick whit in him makes for a good time at any comedy club. With those skills in addition to rhyming makes this trio complete. He is able to add all of his comedic traits with his rhyme skills to make for an awesome stage show and debut album entitled, “UNITE WE STAND. Unite takes pride in their style of music with songs like, “21st Century” and “Callin’”, which deal with the political and not focused on booty, ass or bling-bling. Don’t count them out yet, they dab a little on the club song side with songs like, “For the Hoe’s” and “What You Want”, and it’s not what you think. However, you can defiantly C-walk and get down on the dance floor to these definite hit tracks. Unite has been recently been compared to THE BEATLES by way of originally, their style of music, “a breath of fresh air”, as it was put. Unite feels that you can entertain as well as educate with out compromising your core belief that you don’t have to die or “buss a cap in a nigga”, in the music you listen to day in and day out. Unite is a breath of fresh air waiting to be inhaled like the proverbial blunt. This is a group slated to be around for a long time. A message from the group, you have to unite before you can have unity. Unite y’all!

Story behind the song
What motivated us to write this song... Society. Tried to figure out a way to intergrate dance music with conscious lyrics. Cause people don't want to see what's happening around them. Just like school now a days. You goota make education fun so the kids will want to learn. Shouldn't be like that though.
