I was watching ESPN after work one evening, and when supper was ready, I left the TV on when I went into the kitchen. Minutes later, I heard a laugh track coming from the other room. Since I didn't know of any ESPN shows with a laugh track, I went back in the living room to check. The TV was now tuned to "Married. . .With Children," and my cat was sitting on the couch. Now, I understand how a cat can operate a remote, but what was sweet little Lizzie doing watching that show?

Story behind the song
Icepac was experiencing an extended period of ennui and other French emotions. He was unemployed, and he could not find a publisher for his novelization of his Australian misadventures (see the notes on "Canowindra" for more details. While Sknoblogger took on some honest work to pay of debts incurred during that time (the overdue library book fines alone were astronomical) Icepac sat in his house eating popcorn and drinking Guaraná Antarctica soda and wondering how everything went sideways. Fortunately he put on on a CD of Iggy Kazoo's classic album, "I wanna be your Kazoo." He was so inspired by the Iggster's extraordinary rendition of "Kazoopolooza" that he ran to his basement studio (turning his ankle in the process) and recorded the instrumental verson heard here.
