Story behind the song
This version is radically different from the original. The Guitar began as a soft piece, believe it or not, with a wailing electric guitar played by Magnus Armann Sigurdarsson. Then, when I was in Malta, something really strange happened. My refrigerator made this non-stop rhythmic noise and while I sat there with my laptop in front, I began humming the guitar line Magnus had invented on the fly back in 1999 or so. The beat that now drives this track forward is the sound of that fridge. Since that sound was distorted, I decided to carry that effect into this remake.
