Hi! Welcome to my page. I'm a busy mom of 4 that dabbles in songwriting from time to time. I haven't uploaded a lot of new material in a while. Working on that. I want to branch out into other genres. Collaborators welcome! My strength lies in melody writing and instrumental music, and I have collaborated with many talented lyricists. Every so often I come up with a lyric on my own. You can listen to several collaborations as well as my solo projects on my music page. If you are an artist, publisher, or rep who is interested in one or more of the songs, please contact me through the email link.

Story behind the song
The story of "No second chances! As if! Do I look like a moron?!!!" It's about someone who was in an emotionally abusive relationship, and made the right decision about getting out--and never going back. People who continue to go back to that type of situation drive me crazy. I want to ask, "Did you NOT learn anything the first THREE times???" So, kudos to those of you who've been there, and never gone back.
Lyrics
I'd still be with you Let you walk on me too Like I was the floor You're now walking on Continue to be your maid Love you anyway Then thank you with a smile For putting me down If I was stupid And I didn't know any better If I was stupid Then we would still be together And I'd be listening to you tell me That love is misery And I would accept it If I was stupid I'd say blue was black Please, baby, take me back Believe in your lies Have tears in my eyes To show how grateful I am For a second chance To look like a fool again In front of my friends If I was stupid And I didn't know any better If I was stupid Then we would still be together And I'd be listening to you tell me That love is misery And I would accept it If I was stupid But you wish that I was Because you're telling everyone If I was stupid And I didn't know any better Well if I was stupid Then maybe we'd still be together And I would listen to you tell me That love is misery And I would accept it If I was stupid Yeah I would believe it If I was stupid Isn't it too bad That I'm not stupid
