Turqoise sky made of plastic and wool Is this real or have I been fooled Fake smiles on the faces I pass Emotions nonexistant in the herded mass Superficial beauty lying in front of me Cries of help death throes of individuality What does it all mean Will I ever find the answer to it all Is it all a dream Is it real or is it make believe I don't understand it all When I jump up I don't fall I keep going to the sky Til' I hit the sun like hit and run but it's made of lemon pie off I go into the universe bump into stars with a subtle curse out of the galaxy into a swirl of stars serenaded by angelic rock guitars I look down to the places I've been but they look like they've been drawn in crayon perhaps a childish fantasy where I am you and you are me Is this real, it couldn't be is this what has become of me Is this real, this psychodelic imagery this existential comedy
