This song is a dissonant smorgasbord (yea I said it) of multiple musical styles, paramount among them are grunge, punk, metal, and pop.

Story behind the song
This song began as a simple riff which was intentionally dissonant. It developed from there into what it is here with the help of songwriter and bassist, Chase Arocha, and drummer, Chris Penley. The lyrics were never set, but the idea for this song was to not cover up one's true feelings, a central theme in the writer's life. Recorded at home with a headset mic. Drums were artificially produced.
