The song uses vintage instruments to create its sound. Vintage drums, keyboards, Hammond Organ and piano.
The music itself was inspired by a Moog patch that dominates much of the piece; it creates a beautiful golden tone that sweeps across the minds eye.
The drums are a great example of the expressiveness of Toontracks drum system. Much of the cymbal work is carried out by the ride, played almost as a crash. I particularly like the snare sound - very reminiscent of 70s artists such as Pink Floyd.
