Josh Evertsen and his band Quickdraw is a high octane crowd pleasin', boot stompin' Country Music Band.
Singers are those who pull you into their songs. Performers take you on a trip without leaving your seat. Entertainers love the audience as if they were family. Josh Evertsen grew up on a small ranch just out side of Jackson, Wyoming, where he found love for the country life and the sound of country music. Music to him is about the people he meets and the people that he touches in the lyrics of his songs. It is not about the bright lights and the fame, that has drawn Josh to the music. He just wants to tell a story, be a witness to the lives of the people he meets. For the past four years Josh has been entertaining at all events, large and small. He also loves giving his time to entertain for our armed forces, and various charities. He has also done soundtrack work for the movie, “Suits on the Loose”. Presently, he is working with the CBR (Championship Bull Riding) on their theme song that will be aired on the outdoor network, so look for it in February. Josh has been a big hit with the “Big Acts” as well. He has opened for Collin Raye, Josh Turner and shared the stage with Neil McCoy, to name a few. His first album will be released in the Fall of 2007, this will be one you will want in your car at all times. Sign on to his website at www.joshevertsen.com for a look at his album “In the Middle of it All”. Josh is truly a Singer, Performer and an Entertainer.

Story behind the song
Driving up to my Dad's house in Wyoming I seen an old abandoned house in the middle of a field, I began to wonder what could that old house tell me if it could talk? And that is how this song was born.
