I have a weakness for writing a song inspired by Revolver every time I listen to the damn thing. This is one of the better ones to play on the Lennon/McCartney Yin/Yang scale.

Yeah, it's (*post-punk era*) pop all right: The good ol' fashioned home-grown, garage-recorded melodies that have enchanted the hearts of youths for 5 decades.

Story behind the song
Speaking of hunting The other day my friend was And he bagged a couple bucks and took them home But in his house Are lots of battery powered devices Made mostly of plastic, none from stone I couldn't fit that into the song, but it's cool, isn't it?
Lyrics
the hunter-gatherers making a living in a world of mountains, canyons, sand and stone the landscape uninviting the deer, so good at hiding 'twas a world best left to the birds the hunter-gatherers making a world of stone so maybe there's just something we don't know about the landscape is dotted with sculpture a simple craft when our world was younger maybe we've all forgotten why hunters gather a gathering of hunters everywhere I see the signs of the world we've all left behind
