different instruments. unsure of style. varies depending on mood. can best be described as dream music, consisting of soundscapes that often remind me of dreams. this doesnt hold true for everything, but a vast majority.

Story behind the song
the growling at around a minute in was a great surprise. the endings combining of all things (love that metal backdrop) made for some very interesting feedback during the fade. "a distinct dark demon sound in the opening, and then gets visited by spiritual light. but the darkness doesnt appreciate the light and growls back as a defense mechanism. its likely to shatter any dreamy mood. the piano wishes for the light and darkness to join as one, and its choir wishes the same. the metal shades of hell open and burn forth; there is no 'as one' here. it almost overshadows the piano's second lament entirely. the growl joins back in and attacks with the flames of hell and infinite darkness. and all hell breaks loose." well, thats not the real story behind it. the real story is something akin to watching a suspense flick and the moments between pure horror/dread and the feeling of safety and security.
