Story behind the song
Another scene from my secret project "City Of Deception". This song is the sequel to Morphy's "On The Run". It describes a city where crime is hardly enforced and people suffer a loss everyday. Hope almost seems lost as the twisted government known to the people as the "Kingpin" rules the city and takes away alot of the people's freedom.
