Story behind the song
This song was made almost immediately after Jon past away. We thought it only best not to grieve but to celebrate and by what other means than, song. So over all, this song is a celebration of his reputation and slight personality. He was a really good friend and brother but the world looked at him as a normal rebelious teenager, but au contrare mon frere I think he wanted to a be priest. After his passing, his mother prayed for a sign- just anything and she picked blue roses because they are not often seen. As the week went on she had 9 different sighting of blue roses. They appeared from being at the store where seeing a blue rose embroidered on dress or a blue rose pattern and she even found the last blue rose in the vase in the middle of the table with an assortment of flowers which she had recently put there. Oh, 9 represents the number of children that she had left.
