Uncle Sam is kind and true
Proud of his stripes red white and blue
But he is ready to give you the axe
If you fail to pay your income tax
He is there with both hands out
He doesn’t care how loud you shout
You pay up or go to jail
He accepts no excuses if you fail

Don’t think you’ll slip a fast one through
If you are thinking of who to scam
Think twice it won’t be Uncle Sam
He is there watching over you
Making sure you pay every penny due
He will be your uncle if you pay your tax
But your worst enemy if you relax
