Story behind the song
This song was inspired by Rick Scrugg's sermon series entitled "Freedom Rules". People don’t like the concept of rules and limitations to their freedom – even their freedom in Christ. Rick did a great job of revealing truth to us in this series, and this song stuck with us. It certainly doesn't sound like this recording when we play it in church, but I love what Lorne, Andy, and Carlin added to it in the studio! I am blessed to have the opportunity to play with great musicians like them and many more...
