Story behind the song
I was on tour in 2005 with the United States Soldier Show http://www.armymwr.com/portal/recreation/entertainment/armysoldiershow/ and we spent the better part of a year in hotels all over the world. One morning I woke up and looked across the room and saw my roommate still sleeping, and went to my computer and wrote this.
