Artist picture
English lyricist working with dozens of composers and artists
I am a lyricist working with many composers and artists around the world and most frequently with 2 guys, Juri Rosenfeld and Mark Ellis who, although their styles are entirely different, are both extremely talented as musicians and composers, as well as producers. Along with these two, with whom I have written more than 50 songs....I have been most fortunate to collaborate with so many others that the list is almost endless but two very talented ladies spring to mind: Dawn Diamond and Amy Caldwell, who have not only both composed for my words but have also both are possessed of beautiful voices and have sung many, many times on songs I have written. There is no ONE genre I write for, since a lyricist has to be able to write for ANY category and I do, but one thing I try to be always, is honest in my work because when there is integrity, there is a way to relate to the song and if occasionally I meander into the poetic, it is because I am and always have been, since the age of 13 years, a poet...but that doesn't mean everything I write is flowery or full of metaphors...as I say, I strive always to be real and of course, most importantly, to be as unique as possible.

Lyrics
The Human Race V1 I was there in nineteen sixty three when Martin Luther had his dream "Let justice roll like water" he said "just like a righteous stream I have a vision that liberty will be all our children's right Let freedom ring from every hill And rid us of the long, long night" chorus years went by with breathless speed my memories are not as clear yet this is one that stays with me each year after passing year bridge Our world is changing constantly And we must learn to walk in step We're entered in the human race It's something we must accept SOLO V2 I was there in nineteen eighty nine when Berlin opened up the wall It wasn't long before men came and caused the bricks to fall The air of freedom rushed inside the exodus was like a tide and some of us just flooded in too as hearts and souls were filled with pride chorus chorus2 yes years have gone with breathless speed and memories are not all clear but some will always stay with me each and every passing year outro Our world is changing constantly And we must learn to walk in step We're entered in the human race It's something time won't let us forget
