southern rock!
I've been writing songs for 18 years. I'm not the greatest musician/singer, but I love to play!
I started playing when I couldn't get anyone to put the music that I wanted to my lyrics. I love to colaborate with other writers!
Story behind the song
Well, there's always people in the town you live in, that like to keep the "gossip-mill" in full swing. Men and women who run around talkin' about everybody's business, acting like a "little-girl". This is inspired by, and dedicated to them!
Lyrics
Little Girl
Do you see me running,
do you see me running to you
Do you see me crawlin'
I don't think you do
No, I don't think so
You spread your rumors in this town
hey, pretty soon you're goin' down
Little Girl
Well, I'm tired of the stories
all over this town
all that he-said, she-said
bullshit going around
I can show you what pain is
I don't need the games you play
my ears go deaf to what you say
Little Girl
You should mind your business
and stick to what you know
many times I've seen your kind
they always come and go
and you ain't no different
You try to have a touch of class
you ain't nothing but white trash
Little Girl
Well, I can tell you one thing
you'd better plan your attack
others tried to take me down
but I bounce right back
you don't know who you're messin' with
You spread your rumors in this town
hey, pretty soon you're goin' down
Little Girl
You spread your rumors in this town...
hey, pretty soon you're goin' down...
Little Girl
