Story behind the song
English Horn, Flute and Harp with the orchestra. Aphrodite's birth, mysterious enticement and dance. Aphrodite etait la deesse de l'Amour et de la Beaute. Comme prevu, j'ai garde la meme configuration orchestrale que pour le morceau Zeus. Mais cette fois, je n'ai pas utilise les memes instruments. Pour exprimer les caracteristiques de la Deesse, il fallait utiliser des instruments plus feminins, comme le cor anglais, la flute ou encore la harpe. La musique est legere, douce, melodieuse mais aussi mysterieuse et inquietante. Elle se decompose en plusieurs parties : - la naissance d'Aphrodite (cf image du tableau de Boticelli) - son pouvoir de seduction - une danse mysterieuse et un peu inquietante - la reprise du theme pour le final Voila, c'est une belle musique d'ambiance. Bonne ecoute !
