I've been playing guitar and writing songs for a few years now. I don't have a band yet, and most of the songs I've written I've recorded solo with one of my acoustic guitars. As far as effects, I mostly use just a little compression and noise reduction...so these recordings sound pretty much as it would if I were playing live in the room with you.
Story behind the song
I dedicate this song to my father, Norton W. Brady, who taught me so many things. Durring these times of politcal games and civil strife when our freedom seems so treatened by terrorists and politicians alike. I can still hear him telling me "The second amendment of our constitution, is second only to the freedom of speech by no accident. The founding fathers of our country meant it to serve as a mechanism to allow us to protect all of the rest of our freedoms" I miss you dad.
