Story behind the song
Before going back home to visit in the summer of 2002 I had a melody in my head so I wrote the music for it but I didn't have any lyrics. So I went back home on vacation and ran into an old friend form Junior High School. We talked for a bit and I told her that I was still into music and that I wrote songs. She asked me if I could write her a song and the rest is history. I consider it one of my favorite love songs.
