Story behind the song
I have always loved hearing songs about people selling their soul to the devil to play the guitar..to play that harmonica..or to even sing. The movie Crossroads...about the boy and the black guy that went towards the south to battle the devil...It motivated me with this song and so did Oh Brother Where Art Thou.
