Rules of Engagement is a melodic metal-band from Kristiansand, Norway who started up february 2006. Since then our line-up has been changed slightly, and the band has recorded it's first promo that has just been released. RoE at this time is Kim-Arly Karlsen and Erik Evensen on guitar, Jarl Ivar Brynhildsvoll on bass and Thomas Farovig on drums. Bernt Fjellestad, the vocal on the promo decided to leave RoE after the recording and after some intense searc we found a new lead vocal. His name is Bob Mork, pictures and info on him will come:)

Story behind the song
We belive that what we see or not see in the media is under much influence by the politics and people with power. That gave the idea to this lyric.
Lyrics
FORGOTTEN: For all those left behind This is for you When they all go deaf and blind to what's really true Cause we, don't see All the frames that are not shown on tv A childs tear, in eyes of fear Looking down in the grave her family shear They give us reasons But do we really know Brings apparitions Is it truth they show Cause we, don't see All the frames that are not shown on tv Those pained, bloodstained guiltless punished in a battle unexplained Leaders...Fighting...Innocents...They Die!
