Sometimes things happen that we don't understand... it seems like God has abandoned us, but in reality, God is right there with us, giving us strength to get through the trials, and He is using those trials to shape us, grow us. I always think of the Potter and Clay analogy... God is shaping us into a beautiful vase, which means He first molds us, then bakes us in His holy fire... a painful process, but well worth it.
