Chris Hall is a musician who plays it all. Every song you hear he not only wrote, but played all the intruments on, produced and recorded. A true one man band
Well I don't know if you can really call one guy a band. Even Jason Mraz, John Mayer and Dave Matthews have a band to back them up. But you have to start somewhere so I'm my own backing band. I play the guitars, the drums, the bass, the piano...the vocals. Hey at least I won't have a Behind The Music special. It's hard to break up with yourself. I'm a songwriter from Pennsylvania, and am just looking to get a little more exposure. I've been playing music for 17 years now and finally am putting all my ideas down. This is my lifes work in some ways.

Story behind the song
I was tired of everyone placing so much importance on the past. There's nothing you can do about it and you should focus your energy on the future. I wrote this song to remind myself not to worry about whats already happened.
