Story behind the song
Dave Derrilykt is the genius behind this. He took our vocals to "Get Away" and just took the whole song to another level. This is a song about how casual drug cand become a bad habit. Cartel came up with the hook during a freestyle session at Lost's studio. Kept singing it and playing with it, we decided to explore the possibilities with that hook. Kolt and Cartel went home and wrote verses, and decided to turn it into a song, they picked G-Units "Salute You" instrumental and recorded it at Write Beats Studio. LMS was also there hanging out and Write Beat suggested he jump on it, everyone agreed and LMS did what he does!
