Arcane is a band which existed in a certain place during a certain period of time. That time and place was Charleston, WV around the year 1997 A.D. Arcane consisted of high school kids who just wanted to be cool and make weird punk music (ive heard it described as "middle eastern punk") Arcane has not played together in 7 years, and most likely will never play together again, though the members keep in touch every now and again.
