how it feels when we walk from the water to the cross.
Christ centered, as is my life.
My desire is to play for the Lord and to bless him with the music he has placed in my heart, in doing so bless others.

Story behind the song
the Lord blessed me with this song after a period of persecution, while writing I felt the Lord tell me he would birth music from me, that I would sing Jesus, and then in turn I would sing Father.
Lyrics
John was baptizing in the River Jordan for the repentance of sins, and crying out "repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Jesus came to be baptized but John forbid him, "I need to be baptized by thee, suffer it now for thus it is fitting to fulfill all righteousness." Straightway coming out of the water he saw the heavens open and the Spirit like a dove descended upon him. And John said, Jesus...Jesus...
Walking by the sea of Galilee two brothers casting their nets, he saith to them "follow me and I will make you fishers of men," they followed him and others James and John. He went all about Galilee teaching and preaching the kingdom of God, healing all manner of sickness, his fame spread. Blind Bartemeus, "Son of David have mercy on me, Lord, that I might receive my sight." "Go thy way thy faith has made thee whole." Immediately he received his sight. Blind Bartemeus, he cried Jesus...Jesus...
Gethsemane, "my heart is exceedingly sorrowful even unto death, pray ye enter not into temptation." He withdrew them about a stone's cast, knelt down, and prayed, "Father, Father, thy will be done."
Morning came and they took counsel against him, they led him away to be crucified. Bearing his cross he went forth to the place of the skull where they crucified him. When he had cried out in a loud voice, he yielded up the ghost. A centurion saw and said "truly this man was the Son of God." The veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; the earth quaked and the rocks were rent. A man named Joseph went unto Pilate, begged the body, wrapped it in linen and he cried Jesus...Jesus...
At the tomb Mary found the stone rolled away and the body gone. Weeping, she stooped down and looking in saw two angels sitting where the body had lain. "Woman, why thou weepest?" "They have taken away my Lord" and when she turned herself back she saw Jesus standing there. And she cried Jesus...Jesus...
It behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead, that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations. Jesus said, "Go and teach all nations, teaching them to observe all things I have commanded: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Amen. Jesus...Jesus...
