Story behind the song
The original name for the beat is simply "FISHIN". Kuz i had this idea for a hook/song that had to do with that old biblical story. The story that said "Give a man a fish, he eats for one day. Teach a man to fish, he has fish for life" I took that concept and focused on the question "if u teach more men to fish, won't that suck for the other fishermen? won't they lose business?" so i wrote a hook, (while walkin down the street), it goes: "Give a Man a Fish/he Eat for One Day, and/Teach a Man to Fish/Lose Business That Way, So/If you on the Block/and Flippin That Yay, Then/Leave It a Secret/Keep-it that way" basically, the drums, piano and strings all go to the hook. I planned the whole beat around the hook. GENIUS? or Madness? u descide
