Lyrics
You were warmer than the sunshine She is colder than the wind I still think about you all the time I want you back again Days and nights we spent together Just enough to fall in love When I left her to come back to her What was I thinking of Now I see what I've done Mistook the moon for the sun I'm freezing in the middle of the night Disillusioned by the paleness of the light Time after time I've run the memories through my mind I see you in the morning I dream of you at night Love is easy to remember It ain't easy to forget It's getting harder to pretend to her I don't love you a bit Now I see what I've done Mistook the moon for the sun I'm freezing in the middle of the night Disillusioned by the paleness of the light Time after time I've run the memories through my mind I see you in the morning I dream of you at night You were warmer than the sunshine She is colder than the wind Don't know how I got in such a bind I want you back again Now I see what I've done Mistook the moon for the sun I'm freezing in the middle of the night Disillusioned by the paleness of the light I’m freezing in the middle of the night Disillusioned by the paleness of the light
