Solo blues keyboardist, also plays bass guitar.
My name is Simon Beck. I play keyboards, bass guitar, double bass, ukulele and a bit of rhythm guitar, although I have been known to dabble with anything from a chromatic harmonica to a Theremin. I very rarely sing, and I can't read music. But music is part of me, and has been for many years.

Story behind the song
There is a long tradition of such renditions, from the contrapuntal "Mr Bach Goes To Town" to the rock 'n' roll classic "Nut Rocker". "Grilled Trout" is definitely more closely related to the latter than the former. This version features an introduction that I don't usually bother with when I play it live - I thought I'd introduce the fish before grilling it...
