I wrote this song with my brother. We have a unique writing system. He often comes up with a melody idea with a chord progression but it's in bits and pieces so I take it, add lyrics using lines he would sing randomly during his recording come up with a hook and bridge and finish the song off. He's in South Dakota and I'm in Los Angeles and this system seems to work for us.
