Oraangeburg Avenue is a one of the main drags in Modesto, CA, where I lived in the early 1990s. I liked living there very much and one of my favorite things was the Grafitti Days, honoring the movie "American Grafitti", that took place each June. The California car-culture was alive and well along Orangeburg Avenue. This song is a feeble attempt to capture the happenings of that street.
