This is not a band. True, this site contains recordings of groups of instrumentalists making music, but the focus is not on those instrumentalists. The focus is on the music. I am a composer. I have only considered myself such for about three years, and I still only consider myself an amateur in the field, but I'm now studying the art of composition in college and I hope to improve my ability.

Story behind the song
This is an entirely non-programmatic piece, though I should note that I actually came up with the idea in a dream. The dream involved a rehearsal of this unorthodox trio arrangement, and when I awoke I remembered how the opening notes looked on the page, and I knew the piece was original. So I wrote it down. What else could you do, eh?
