Total semi-competent amateur and proud of it! There are currently 10 full albums, 5 EPs and numerous stray tracks available here... keep checking up, cos more music is appearing all the time... For album and EP artwork, visit . If you think you can stomach more of this shit, then why not check the , and wonder at my musical development (or lack thereof...) Story behind the song
This is about a funfair that used to be at Seaburn - a sort of leftover from a time when Sunderland was a holiday resort of sorts. This was way back before anyone but the rich could go abroad on holiday... I don't know what it was like at it's heyday, but while I knew it, it was a tatty thing - hardly helped by it's position right on the sea-front... I mean, this isn't the Mediterranean - it's the North Sea! Seaburn, with it's lame "attractions" always struck me as a pretty dismal place.
