This is where I'm going to put my more spiritual material.
Actually, it's just me again, Charles Consaul. My Freinds call me Frogg, and I used to have a group called The Greate Madd Bullfroggs back in the late seventies, so the name is still mine. I'm just using it for a unique purpose now.

Story behind the song
I wrote this while I was with the Church of Christ in Scottsbluff nebraska. I learned what it meant later.
Lyrics
I Want To Be A fisherman Charles W - T Consaul (Frogg) 1. Jesus walked on Earth once as a man Forgiving people of their sins In near and foreign lands Fighting with the devil For the souls of you and me And saving us from sin so we'd be free To safeguard our salvation he would die Descend to Hell and conquer death So we could share the sky But he had to do more work before GOD Finished out his plan So he made Fishers, For the souls of men C: I want to be, A fisherman I wnat to fish, For souls of men I want to spread my net out full And feel a load each time I pull Spreading GOd's own glory through his land And put Christ Jesus in the souls of men 2. Jesus spoke on Lake Genneserat In the boat of Simon Peter Who'd returned with empty nets So after he was finished With the men upon the shore He said to Simon, "Caste your nets once more" They rode a little deeper from the break Without much hope they caste their nets Again into the lake Bu they had to call another boat To get all the fish ashore So they followed Jesus When he promised more Chorus 3. He said that they must rise and follow him Leave their earthly goods behind And store their treasure up in Heaven Save the souls of men Who'd once been dying like themselves And teach the world the promise of the cross Like Peter I thought life was pretty bare Until Jesus put his love into the Empty space in there He's given me such hope That I just have to jump right in Going Fishing, For the souls of men
