Sacrifice of Praise was written after a personal worship time. It is a prayer to be passionate for God and to live a life that brings him honor. Romans 12:1 says "Therefore I urge you brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship." (Daniel)
