Story behind the song
On the opposite side of the usual AFFLICTED spectrum and our general experiences with the female sex, we don't dismiss that we can make some horrible f*uck ups from time to time as well.. Enter: PURITY.. This is a true story about a partner of mine who I tried to constantly protect while I was with her, and one night, the romance changed to lust.. Don't mistake this song for some kind of "OK To rape" thing. -Its far from it. She lead on the change, but it was weird because I was trying to keep the relationship "PURE". And just to clean up the first line of "With your blood on my hands", I encourage you guys to use your imagination as to what that really means.. HINT: It isn't that I killed her!! LOL Anyone who has been in this situation will totally understand it, so pay close attention to the words.. There are a lot of hidden meanings and tricks - as per usual! ;)
