In the words of James Taylor, It's me and my guitar. Always in the same mood! Then again, maybe my guitar is just humoring me - sigh -
Just me, I'm an old Folksinger that still plays out once in a blue moon. Thank you for listening to my primitive acoustic songs. I am a retired Army Bandsman, a certified Wall Wacker, and am currently a teacher. Next time I retire I am going back into Folksinging. It's the perfect occupation really, no hope of fame and fortune and definately keeps me humble. Folksinging just naturally makes me a better person I s'pose.

Story behind the song
My wife says that this song is the way I talk. Wonder what she means by that?
Lyrics
Follow Round and Back again Charles W - T Consaul 1. My woman said When will you quite Your restless ways my desperate child You're about to kill me dead with all this worry But all I could do was smile at her Not meaning to be too unkind But wondering at the love that she still showed me C: For as long as there's a heavy load A place to go and an open road Be sure that I'm the one now that will carry I wish I had a choice sometimes About where I went or spent my nights But there ain't a man will say which way A road will bend All he can do is follow round and back again 2. My mother said when will you stay And carry out our family line My body's like to rack and pine For the holding or a grandson But all I could do to comfort her Was to say womewhere, Sometime I would As soon as I cught up again With that peace of mind C: For as long as there's another load A place to go and an open road Be sure that I'm the one now that will carry I wish I had a choice someitmes About where I went or spent my nights But there ain't a man will say which was A road will bend All he can do is follow round and back again Instrumental Repeat Chorus Shake until stirred Serve with bean dip
