We're two guitarist/singer/songwriters from Cooperstown NY, and we both write mostly acoustic songs about life, politics, girls, whatever. For the most part, Allan is on singing duty, and I (Dan) do the guitars, but sometimes I do backup vocals, and he does rythym guitar, or whatever else we feel like.

now my lips are drying up watching your cigarette burning out sitting eyes closed, youre falling out ashes are drifting down, its snowing in october and id rather be sleeping and dreaming than be awake and feeling its bitter cold, for the both of us winter comes early, but its not enough ive lost all my feeling, can you feel me i cant tell when i touch you, are you even holding me id rather be sleeping and dreaming than be awake and feeling i only take my pleasure in your pleasure dear and i only feel intensely close to you when youre this close to near i have a long list adding up of all the things i have to do how do i get off, so guilt free when instead all my hours, fall to you this and that, and the other one it all seemed so important then now im feeling worn, im feeling done ive given up and closed my eyes, before the day has begun cause id rather be sleeping and dreaming than be awake and feeling its always fall when i fall into this pattern of doing what is easy instead of addressing my concerns and my eyes have cement lids, im driving again back and forth from alive to dead and dying wake up and wash your face, do it again no offense to you, but this is getting to my head id rather be sleeping and dreaming than be awake and feeling
