Acoustic rock, pop, folk, punk reggae, alt country
I had a hard time categorizing myself, I dabble in many styles, and play all the instruments myself on much of it, as well as doing just straight up acoustic material. I write songs profusely, so much so that I forget them half the time only to have them pop up in my mind later. I guess my main genres are alt/country, pop/rock, folk/rock, and acoustic. Touches of reggae, punk, and even psychedelic in there as well.

Story behind the song
Often over the years I have wanted to leave the City of Boston and move back to the country to work the land as I did in my youth. A simpler life away from all the complicated situations and people in this city. Josh on: Drums Bass Guitars Vocals harmonica engineered and produced by Josh Bloomer at The Padded Room, Boston Mass.
Lyrics
Hello, Yes it's me again and I'm lonely and I'm cold there's something in her eyes that's gone maybe it wasn't there before may be just me that's growing old And I wonder if she'll miss me if she'd look at me she'd know I'm leaving the city Hello, it's been a long long time but it's still sunny there I'm told and no-one loves me here I'm dead I'm just another urban whore and there's no rainbow pot of gold So I don't care if they miss me I just know it's time to go I'm leaving the city Hello, yes it's me again and I'm still young and I'm still bold and it took three years to realize but now I'm on my way--I'm going home 'cause I don't live here anymore And I wonder if she'll miss me if she'd look at me she'd know I'm leaving the city
