I'm an emcee from Oak Park, just west of Chicago. I'm 19 goin on 20 and a junior at Illinois State University (Normal, IL). I produce all my instrumentals, I take my writing very seriously, and I beatbox (THA FIFTH ELEMENT!) Story behind the song
I had just about finished the intstrumental with the Billi Holiday piano sample and Homegrown had the plan to make a track about us owning a bar and lounge with the most relaxed atmosphere...a bunch of 40's later and here it is!
