Story behind the song
This song was done almost entirely with ProTools "M Box". I've had PT for almost a year now and I really didn't use it that much. Everything I have done so far, (since two and a half years ago) was created with ACID software. Last month I picked up the ProTools Method One DVD, It totally opened the door. The only loop I used was the steady drum beat. All the other sounds, except for my guitar, I did with SampleTank, my little O2 midi keyboard, and my piano chords poster. The only thing I didn't do in ProTools was the guitar lead parts at the end. I don't have an acceptable plug-in for it yet, so I bounced what I had to disk and imported the wave file into ACID 5 so I could use my GuitarPort to do the lead. Then I just imported the guitar parts back to PT....this song is still a work in Progress Thanks for listening :)
