Jennifer Tiernay's a female Songwriter and Vocalist~plays a little bass, guitar, keyboards and drums. Collaborations with her drummer husband, Ron.
Aloha from Hawaii! Jennifer and Ron Tiernay have performed in bands from Canada to Florida to Colorado and have now made Honolulu their home. Jennifer writes, plays guitar, bass and keyboards. Ron plays drums and also sings. We lived aboard a 46' sailboat where some of these songs were recorded. We now live off the grid in the jungles of the Big Island of Hawaii. THESE SONGS ARE POSTED IN SCRATCH VERSIONS AND NOT IN FINAL MIX STAGE. I'M WORKING ON THAT NOW. Song ideas don't always arrive in perfection. I just haven't had the time or opportunity to transform these songs into their finished version. Being held prisoner by the lack of perfection kept me from posting these in the past. But, here they are in their basic state, raw, bad notes and all. There is some freedom in that, you know? LOL! The gift of music should be shared despite the lack of professionalism or technique. So, I offer these tunes up just the way they are. I'd like to thank the people at SoundClick for providing this awesome place for musicians like me. You've kindly allowed all of us to have a place within your Realm.

Story behind the song
I think Kevin wrote this song during a melancholy period in his life. He always believed he would die by the time he was 33 and felt it was too short ~ as we all would. I'm happy to say he is alive and well!!! I never sang this song before the moment of this recording. We ran through it twice, once for lead and once for backup. It was only meant as an alternative idea to present to Kevin Riotto but nothing came of it. I found it on the old tapes and thought I should upload it on Kevin's behalf. Ron's brother, Al, tweaked it with some software to brighten the EQ up but was unable to pull the drums out of the background without having the original tracks. Once I install my Cubase software, I'll be able to do it at this end.

Stopped by to check out more of your music. This one's pretty impressive for a single take. I like your vocals. Jim
